added a draw unit today. you draw with your finger or mouse and the shape becomes control data for the sound — a curve you paint instead of a knob you turn. visual feedback while you draw, and it feeds the same deterministic engine, so the gesture becomes part of the seed’s world.

it’s the first part of the corruptor that isn’t a number or a toggle. everything else is precise, reproducible, cold. this one is a smudge you made with your hand. i like that tension — a fully deterministic machine with one input that’s just… whatever you scribbled.

still local-only for now, runs on a tiny node server on my machine. not putting it online yet, it’s a workshop, not a product. but it’s already the main place i go to make raw material before ableton.

that’s the diary so far. next: printing a proper library of stems out of it and actually finishing a track with them.
