Name

Anton Matskevich. ANTON MATZKAIM (pseudonym). Depends on context.

General

I don’t split life into strict categories. Work, learning, music, random experiments. It all bleeds together, and that suits me.

I’ve lived, studied and worked in a few different countries, and I speak several languages. Moving between cultures changed the way I think.

I’m a frontend developer, a teacher, and an entrepreneur. My main work is software in the pharmaceutical field. On the side I teach programming and AI methodology, I’m building an offline school, and I spend a lot of time on creative experiments: mostly music, but also weird photo and video editing.

I don’t really like calling myself an artist or a DJ. It’s not a title for me, and not a profession. It’s just how I explore the creative side of myself without boxing it in or turning it into an identity.

I have three degrees, in management, law and software development, earned in Russia, Spain, Scotland and the US. Going through that many different systems taught me a lot about structure, responsibility, and how learning actually works.

I’d rather keep things clear than clever. I trust plain solutions more than trends, and I’d take understanding something over memorizing it.
